Our CIT and Guide-In-Traning programs are for young people who want an opportunity to develop and strengthen leadership skills in an inclusive and supportive environment. CITs will be matched with an appropriate camp week and will serve as a camp counselor-in-training. Guides-In-Training will shadow current staff and will learn skills essential to guiding and instructing outdoor adventure programs.
All In-Training fees collected are put into savings to help fund stipends for Staff-In-Training, Junior Staff members, and Interns so that we can invest more into future generations of outdoor leaders.
CIT 1 (age 14-18)
CIT 2 (age 15-18 - must have been CIT 1 to qualify)
