Kayaks are for a SINGLE PADDLER. Canoes are for 2 PADDLERS. This paddle is not appropriate for children under 10 (children under 12 must be in a canoe with an adult).
Do you ever wonder about this history of the area around Durham and Falls Lake? What is the history of the people who used to live on this land below the water we are paddling? Join us as we paddle under I-85 and discuss the human history of the area that is now Durham and Falls Lake.
Paddle meets at 1:00 pm and lasts approximately 3 hours and all paddling equipment is included. Due to the length of this trip this is not a beginner friendly trip.
